TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The owner of the online store framedesign.ee (hereinafter "Online Store") is KILLTHEFRAME OÜ, registry code 14735030, located at Meistri 16, Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia.
1. VALIDITY OF CONTRACT, PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICES

These terms apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

Product prices are shown next to each item and are stated in euros (€). Delivery charges are added during checkout and depend on the delivery method and buyer's location.

Product information is provided directly alongside each item in the Online Store.

2. PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, add desired products to your shopping cart, fill in the required fields, and select a suitable delivery method.

You will be shown the total cost, which you can pay securely via the following options:

Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay;

Important: After paying via bank link, click “Return to merchant” on the bank’s page to confirm the payment.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made outside the Online Store via secure environments: in the bank’s system for bank links and in Maksekeskus secure system for card payments. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank or card details.

The sales contract enters into force once the payment is received in the Online Store’s account.

The Online Store, acting as the data controller, will transfer personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If it becomes impossible to deliver a product (e.g., due to the product being out of stock), the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the full payment including delivery costs will be refunded within Maksekeskus AS.

3. DELIVERY

Products are shipped to Estonia and most of the Europe countries.

Delivery method: Omniva and DPD parcel terminal.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and displayed during checkout.

Delivery within Estonia typically takes up to 5 business days from contract confirmation.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the order.
-
This right does not apply to legal persons (business customers).
-
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, features, and functioning—similarly to testing the product in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond that or shows signs of wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund in accordance with the diminished value of the product.

To withdraw from the purchase, submit a withdrawal form (available at REFUND) and send it by email to info@framedesign.ee within 30 days of receiving the product.

The buyer must cover the return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
-
The product must be returned within 30 days of submitting the withdrawal notice, or the buyer must provide proof of having handed it over to the shipping provider during that period.

The Online Store will refund all amounts received under the contract within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the product is returned or proof of return is provided—whichever comes first.

If the buyer has chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard one offered by the Online Store, the excess cost will not be refunded.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale and reclaim the product if the price was mistakenly listed significantly below the market value.

5. RIGHT TO SUBMIT CLAIMS

The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defects existing at the time of delivery and which appear within 2 years after delivery.

For the first 6 months, it is presumed that any defect already existed at the time of delivery unless the seller proves otherwise.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defect within 2 months of discovering it by email (info@framedesign.ee) or phone (+372 550 33 81).

The Online Store is not liable for issues caused after the product has been handed over.

If the product is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees received under the contract.

Complaints will be answered within 15 days in written or reproducible form.

6. DIRECT MARKETING AND DATA PROCESSING

The Online Store uses personal data only for processing orders and delivering products.
-
Personal data is shared with transport companies solely for the purpose of product delivery.
-
Promotional emails are sent only if the buyer has explicitly subscribed by entering their email address and giving consent to receive such messages.
-
The buyer may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Complaints must be sent by email to info@framedesign.ee or by phone at +372 550 33 81.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Information and application forms are available at: https://ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee.
The process is free of charge. -
